Our Services
At BCI, we offer a comprehensive range of building inspection services, including pre-sale inspections to identify and address issues, structural integrity assessments for cracks and foundational concerns, and roof and gutter inspections for leaks and rust. We also assess plumbing, drainage and electrical. Our services extend to inspecting damp and mould identification and water damage. We provide stage and handover inspections for new builds, dilapidation inspections before nearby construction, and owner-builder 137B defect inspections. Additionally, we offer insurance investigations, visual asbestos inspections, and expert witness testimony for dispute resolution and mediation.
