Most inspections take between 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property.


Depending on what kind of report you are seeking, you may get your report and the size of your home, reports may be issued the same day For reports required for mediation at VCAT or for Court, this could take longer to produce, again depending on the scenario, condition of the building, and information we need or need to acquire to complete the report. The information and evidence that we need along with our inspection will assist us to provide a fully detailed and comprehensive report.


Absolutely! We encourage you to attend so you can ask questions and gain insights from our inspectors. Once we finish our inspection on the day, we can have a brief discussion. If there is anything identified that is serious or urgent, this will be communicated to you straight away.
