  • Foundation Stage: Verifying that the foundation is laid correctly and is being built as per your Structural engineering and Working Drawings. We check slab rebates and your boxing heights/floor heights. Boundary set backs, plumbing pipes and main power conduits.
  • Frame Stage: Ensuring the structure of the building is sound and that framing is done correctly, square and plumb. we check room sizes, windows and door heights as well. we check that all Brickwork articulation joints are in and that windows and doors are not bricked in wthout expansion gaps.
  • Lock-Up Stage: Checking that the building is securely closed off, and the external elements are in place. We double check your cladding compliance and any fire rating requirements as well. Check your internal rough-ins.
  • Fixing Stage: Inspecting internal plaster, woodwork, internal doors, cabinetry and stair cases.
  • Final Completion: Conducting a final inspection to ensure the building is ready for occupancy and all work has been completed to standard an as per your plan and specifications.
